If your health insurance card has expired or is no longer valid, you can still use the service and make an appointment. You will have to sort out your situation with the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec before you go to your appointment.
The Québec Medical Appointment Scheduler service is not available for travellers, international students, etc. who do not have a RAMQ card.
If your appointment with a health professional is no longer necessary, it is important to cancel it. Québec Medical Appointment Scheduler allows you to cancel an appointment scheduled on this platform or provided by the Primary Care Access Point (Guichet d’accès à la première ligne – GAP).
