We provide electronic or paper documents as well as alternative format options for large print, Braille and screen readers.

How do I get my documents delivered by mail?

From the “My Documents” page, select "Document Preferences." Next, change your "Account Messaging” setting for each product to paper documents.

What's the "Last 30 Days" section?

Here, you can find a snapshot of your most recent documents sorted by delivery date, category and document name. In addition, you can take a quick glance at the first page of your document to ensure this is the one you are looking for by selecting or hovering on the document icon. After 30 days, we'll file your documents into the appropriate category folder.

How do I clear the documents displayed in the "Last 30 Days" section?

If you’re on usaa.com, select the menu icon or “File” option next to the document to remove it from this view and place it in the designated category folder.

If you’re in the USAA Mobile App, select the document and choose “File.”

What's the "General" category?

In this category, you'll find your user agreement and other important communication about this service. You'll also find courtesy copies of any documents you've requested, excluding requests for screen-reader compatible documents, if applicable.

How can I access all my documents?

To view all your documents, select the "All" folder. Each category folder will also provide you with a list of all available documents from the past seven years. Your documents are sorted by year with the most recent at the top, then by delivery date, subcategory and document name.

How do I restore an expired document?

Expired documents appear in the “Expiring” folder six months prior to the date listed in the "Available Through" date. We may be able to research and retrieve expired documents. In some cases, we might be able to retrieve an expired document, although there may be a fee. Call us at 877-632-3002 for help.
